Lionheart Grief Coaching
Welcome to my page. I’m so sorry you’re in grief, but I’m glad you found this website.
A little about me:
I was born into a family filled with unresolved grief in the form of mental illness and abusive alcoholism. This resulted in years of foster care and eventual adoption.
Grief has always been a large part of my life, but it wasn’t until my son died that I realized the way grief is dismissed, ignored, and shamed in Western culture was making me physically and emotionally ill.
This realization put me on a new path that led to my Grief Education certification and offering peer-to-peer support to fellow grievers like you.
I believe our grief is a continuation of our love and it is a brave and necessary thing to feel the pain of loss. As your grief guide, my goal is to provide you the knowledge, encouragement, and permission to feel deeply any and all emotions associated with your grief.
My work with you is not based on a single faith. Instead, you have the freedom to express your grief through whichever faith (or no faith) you ascribe and be witnessed in a way that supports you and your beliefs
